Terms and Conditions

By using any software products developed by AP Software Solutions (including the NoticePulse mobile application and School ERP web platform), users agree to the following terms:

• The platform is provided "as is" to facilitate school-parent communication and school management operations.
• Users must not misuse the platform for unauthorized broadcasts, spam, or any activity that violates applicable laws.
• AP Software Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or school communication guidelines.
• All intellectual property rights in the software remain with AP Software Solutions.
• Service availability is subject to scheduled maintenance and force majeure events.

Privacy Policy & Data Deletion

AP Software Solutions is committed to protecting user privacy. Our complete Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are available within the NoticePulse application.

Data Collection: We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide our services — including name, phone number, email, child enrollment details, and location data (for bus tracking only).

Data Protection: All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and stored securely on Google Cloud infrastructure (Firebase) with strict access controls.

Data Deletion: Users may permanently delete their account and all associated child data directly from within the NoticePulse application by navigating to the Settings/Profile screen and selecting 'Delete Account'. This action instantly and permanently wipes all personal data from our servers. Alternatively, users may request manual deletion by emailing noticepulse.dev@gmail.com. Data will be completely wiped within 7 days of a verified request.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

AP Software Solutions provides digital software services (SaaS) paired with live tracking APIs that are activated instantly upon payment. Because our infrastructure provisions server capacity and database limits immediately upon activation:

• No Refunds: All B2C (Business-to-Consumer) in-app subscriptions are strictly final and non-refundable.
• School Policy Changes: If a child's school later decides to subsidize the platform (B2B model), previously purchased B2C subscriptions cannot be retroactively refunded or pro-rated.
• Usage: Failure to use the app, or un-enrolling a child from the school mid-session, does not qualify for a refund.
• B2B Contracts: Institutional (B2B) agreements are governed by individual contracts between AP Software Solutions and the educational institution.
